My very first introduction with kombucha was in 2004 while i was part of the opening team of
Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel on the Executive club floor lounge just available for the vvip only
I perhaps have had a few drops since then..
After came home from South Africa to Kuala Lumpur in 2006 , One day i saw mom was very hectic in the kitchen pouring some kind of very precious liquid out of the jug then she explain thats the tea made from the scoby thats she describe the tea was the healing for her decease of arthritis
Now i knew that why she spend much brewing tea rather than her TV soap .....and she also share
the benefit with her friends
After Mom left us suddenly, Thats no more kombucha making at home anymore , one day my cousin
sister Cindy Chia came along and explain she would share some of her secret recipe of healing tea with me then I invited her for my famous dimsum brunch at EEST in The Westin Kuala Lumpur where i had my kombucha warehouse began.......
On sunday brunch we served as part of well being cuisine - long life tea .
our restaurant for dinner because he can enjoy the tea that long intrigue since he was in London while
still studied in the art college.
With such icon spotted by the media where i worked subsequently I was on the coverage on the
newspaper then later on television as celeb judge because i cooked him steamed cod fish with tea.....
